I'm inspired by all the Team Blonde and Team Brunette players and coaches! We are all so dedicated to this cause and helping to find a cure for Alzheimer's. We did an amazing job last year raising over $250,000. I can't wait to spend the summer with these amazing people again raising even more money to help find a cure. I am also inspired by my friends and family who know people that are affected by this disease. They support our loved ones that are suffering with this disease and do so without any complaints. They also support me in all that I do, especially helping me in my efforts with BVB!! THANK YOU to all my friends and family for all your support!!! Get a ticket to the Game with a $25 donation or get several tickets to the game/party with an even larger donation!! Every penny counts and I appreciate all your help!

Hi ALL!!! YAY BVB 2012 is finally here and I'm sooooo excited for another great summer with Team Blonde. In case you don't know me, my name is Sara McArthur aka SMACK. I'm # 25 on Team Blonde and I play Tight End/Wide Receiver. This is my 2nd year with Team Blonde and the BVB organization. I had an amazing time last year learning how to play, meeting new people and helping to raise over $250,000 for Alzheimer's research and I can't wait to beat that record this year. I have stepped up my goals for this season because this disease has unfortunately now affected me and my family personally. A very close friend of my family was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a couple years ago, but has deteriorated significantly over the last year. I know that our efforts now won't be able to improve her condition, but I hope that the money we raise can help future patients and family members that will be affected by this disease. Help me put the SMACKdown on Alzheimer's by donating $25 or MORE for your ticket to the big game and by attending our BVB events throughout the summer! <3 SMACK #25

What’s BvB Dallas?

Blondes vs. Brunettes is a powder-puff football game hosted for a day of fun, fellowship, philanthropy and enjoyment as a way of raising money and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association. Founded by sisters whose father was afflicted by Alzheimer’s, BvB is a personal way for young professionals across the country to raise awareness, funds and support to help eradicate this grave disease.
