Thank you for participating in the 3rd Annual Birdies for BvB Golf Tournament and supporting our efforts to tackle Alzheimer’s! We appreciate your flexibility as we continue to adapt to COVID-19 safety protocols. This year’s tournament may look a little different, but we’re committed to making the day a fun and safe experience for all that come out!
To adhere to social distancing guidelines and Texas regulations for golf courses, there will no longer be a shotgun start. One team will tee off at a time. You will receive an email confirmation with your exact tee time. They will be spaced out in 8-10 minute intervals. Please make sure your team arrives at least 20 minutes prior to your tee time to check-in. The driving range & putting green will be open if you’d like to arrive earlier to warm up.
Upon arrival, you will stop by the check-in table near the parking lot. You will receive your welcome bag and drink tickets. At check-in you can also purchase mulligans and BvB merchandise. Next, drop your bag off with the valet and they will prepare your cart.
Boxed lunches will be provided starting at 11:00 AM. Golfers with early tee times can pick up at the turn or after their round. Thank you to Vestals Catering company for providing lunch!
Award Ceremony & Dinner
Unfortunately, due to safety restrictions we will no longer be hosting an award ceremony and dinner. Winners will be contacted the following day and we will arrange for trophy pick-up/delivery. However, we do encourage players to cool off after their round by stopping by the reception inside. There you can grab a boxed lunch, access the bar, and bid on items.
This year’s silent auction is going online! Some items will be on display at the tournament, but to get a head-start on bidding check out the items here – https://event.gives/birdies2020. Bidding will open at 7:00am September 18th and will close at 10:00 PM on September 22nd.
